Chemical resistant guard fitted with air circulation system

Circulate the air inside of the body and drop body temperature which rises during working.

 

Self-cooling gel ice pack!

There are 9 pockets inside of the NIT cold chemical guard and gel ice pack can be put.

 

Matching of air circulation system and gel ice pack

Cool air in ice pack meets air circulation system and this keeps the temperature in chemical guard in cool state.

 

More than six hours cooling sustainability!

The battery of air circulation system can be used up to 16 hours (for air flow volume step 1) and 6 hours(for air flow volume step 5 )once it is charged.

Gel ice pack has the sustainability of about 6 hours at room temperature.

Product Specification

 

 

Chemical resistant guard (Microchem 3000)

Chemical resistant guard is a polyethylene type special non-woven fabric

and it has excellent chemical resistance with multi polymer coated material.

 

Ice pack

Total 9 pockets in an ice pack, 6 in back side, 3 in front side.

Specification of the ice pack is 7x11 (cm).

When ice pack is fully opened, it has 6 hours sustainability at room temperature.

 

Vent system

2 Vent systems installed on the back of the chemical clothing circulates the air

inside of the chemical clothing and outside of the clothing and this controls

the rise of body temperature.

Circulates the air inside of the chemical clothing and delivers the cool air in ice

pack to whole body.

Airflow amount of the ventilation system can be adjusted by various steps.

Step 1 (breeze) ~Stage 5 (strong wind)

Battery of the vent system lasts for 16 hours on the basis of step 1( breeze) and

6 hours on the basis of step 5 (strong wind) once it is fully charged.
