• Collects process related Gas information from process equipment and sends that information to the pager engineer is holding and makes it possible for field worker alone to be able to check Gas leak for each pipe connection area

• Prevents explosion accident in advance by immediately sensing N2 amount and informing that to process equipment when N2 amount is lower than set value which is resulted from abnormal supply of N2 after N2 setting in the pump and exhaust line is made to its minimum during process or idle state

—  N2 reduction and electricity savings, CO2 reduction

• Prevents N2 waste by reducing N2 amount in pump and exhaust line purge to minimum amount when equipment is in idle state during process

• N2 amount in pump and exhaust line purge is reduced during process and this reduces the rotation number of the pump under rotation and power consumption is also reduced and CO2 amount generated as a result of this is also reduced

—  N2 Economizer effect (Process4 (h), Idling 20 (h))

- N2 consumption for 24 hour process: 64,800 slm

- N2 consumption for 4 hour process, 20 hour Idling: 28,800 slm

- Estimated N2 savings: 64,800-28,000 = 36,000 slm (56% reduction)

◎ Wireless Pager System

• Radio paging transceiver can be used by connecting to controller when needed and because of that, only 2-3 units are needed for each line

• Receiver can be expanded up to 99 units and range of communication is 200m

• Power source: AAA 1.5V / 25 days

• This radio paging system got type approval in accordance with the Wireless Telegraphy Act and abides by 10mW regulation. Therefore, it doesn’t make any harmful effect to human or industrial equipment
